Education
I went to Shenandoah University and graduated as an Acting Major with a BFA in 2015 with a 3.5 GPA. My acting background has given me extensive knowledge with cameras (including animation), public speaking, and in depth Shakespeare analysis. I have gone up to pre-calculus in math, and have taken classes in acoustic science (physics). I have also completed courses in basic philosophy, psychology, and world religions. I have taken courses in creative writing and poetry as well, and I love literary analysis!
Experience
Most of my experience with teaching in general comes from my karate background. I received my black belt when I was 11, and started teaching shortly thereafter until I left for college and have taught people between the ages of 4 and 90. I received a 4 out of 5 on my AP government test in high school, an 1800 on my SAT score, and when I was thinking of joining the navy, a 93 on my ASVAB. I want to be a tutor to help students fulfill their goals. I have helped my father with his trigonometry and algebra courses when he was pursuing a degree a couple years ago, and as far as getting in front of an audience is concerned, I have a huge resume, and can help even the most stage fraught individual feel right at home in front of a group of people.

I am an all around outdoorsy, nature loving, active individual. I love doing anything that is artsy. I play the guitar, long board everywhere I can, draw, do karate, animate on my computer, and try to make people have a good time at whatever they're doing wherever I go. It's a hobby making people smile, and I try my best to keep it up!
